More than 20 women MPs from the BJP have complained to the Speaker against Rahul Gandhi's alleged gesture, seeking "stringent action"
However, sources from the Congress party have said that the MP was merely waving goodbye to his colleagues
The incident has sparked a debate on whether the gesture was inappropriate or not.
